徐州循环经济产业园位于徐州市大彭镇，总用地553公顷，其中起步区占地157公顷。本次规划范围起步区景观总规划面积约596.1亩，科研宣教区规划用地约108.6亩。

项目规划总体定位为“全国领先、世界一流”的循环经济示范区，世界一流的绿色智慧型循环产业园区，国内领先的创新研发型技术应用特区，节能环保的成果转化型示范功能新区，宜游宜业的生态景观型工业旅游景区。

Xuzhou Circular Economy Industrial Park is located in Dapeng Town, Xuzhou City, with a total land area of 553 hectares, of which the starting area covers an area of 157 hectares. The total landscape planning area of the starting area of the planning scope is about 596.1 mu, and the planning land of the scientific research and education area is about 108.6 mu.
